PRIVACY POLICY:  We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  That information is available only to us, and we will use your information only for the purpose for which it was requested, i.e., registering you and your guests for attending our events.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:  All on-line payments are made through PayPal, a global online payment processing company.  Our website provides a link to PayPal to enable you to make your payments to us.  We do not collect any of your confidential financial information on our website, and we ask that you do not send any credit card or bank information to us through our website.

REFUND POLICY:  All sales are final.  In the event that there is an error processing your payment through PayPal or our credit card processing provider, you may contact us at Treasurer@ChandlerServiceClub.org or 480-629-5345, so that we can take appropriate remedial action through our provider.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:  When you purchase tickets to our events, please print the confirmation you receive after submitting your online payment.  Additionally, you should print the confirmation we generate when you complete the form for registering your guests for our event.  We do not send tickets via mail, and your confirmations will act as receipt of your payment and of your guest registration.
